system
1. Each team receives two points for a win and one point for a draw (points scored in the qualification and play-off round are divided in half).
2. Clubs that qualify for the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the UEFA Champions League or quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the UEFA Europa League will be awarded one extra point per round.
3. In addition, four points are awarded for participation in the UEFA Champions League group stage and another four points for reaching the play-offs.
The STPR2 query considers the maximum stage and the number of bonus points for it.
I cannot calculate other components, since not all teams participate in all stages.
