Good afternoon. Please help me decide on a price.
We rent a couple of rooms in the office, we have our own server, a couple of tenants want to rent a server.
ProxMox KVM is installed on the server, it is possible to allocate resources.
Server HP 2*Xeon X5670, 96Gb DDR3, 4*SAS 600Gb 10k 10Raid.
The tenant wants 4 cores, 8Gb RAM and 100Gb HDD.

Take price calculators from those who provide VPS and roughly calculate and then reduce the price. So, as most likely you have less experience in this and the quality of services will be lower quality. I'm talking about virtualization technology, uptime, support.
