How to calculate the popularity of a product?

Greetings.
Let's say there are four products (number of wordstat queries in brackets):

  1. product 1 (100)
  2. product 2 (50)
  3. product 3 (25)
  4. product 4 (10)

How can I calculate the popularity of a product as a percentage? Any ideas?

---

So far I see two options:
1. We take the product with the maximum popularity (product 1 (100)) and take this value as 100%, i.e. its popularity is 100%, and then for we calculate the popularity of other products using the formula: продукт n / продукт 1 * 100
2. Add up all the product popularity (100+50+25+10=185) and calculate the popularity using the formula: продукт n / 185 * 100
Which approach is correct? Are there other approaches to calculating popularity?

Option 2 is the most correct.
But we must remember that this is the total for each product - this is not real popularity, but calculated on a specific set / set of products.
The real real cannot be calculated in any way, because you need to know about the existence of all possible positions of goods that correspond to a given target audience.

I'm not really good at math, but I think I figured it out.
Add everything first (100 + 50 + 25 + 10) = 185
Divide it all by 100%
185 / 100 = 1.85
And divide each of the numbers by 1.85
100 / 1.85 = 54.05%
50 / 1.85 = 27.02%
25 / 1.85 = 13.51% 10 / 1.85
=
5.40
%

If you complicate it, then you should also look at the ratio of requests to timestamps. The idea is that items ordered a long time ago are less important than those googled recently.
