How to calculate the integral by the Boole method?

Hello.
The problem arose to calculate the integral by Boole's method. I just can not find a formula or at least some explanation of what this method is.
All sorts of rectangles, simpsons and other 3/8s are everywhere, but this method is only mentioned and that's it.
Can you help?
