Most components have a TDP on their datasheet. Or you can find the closest equivalent.
This is the upper bound. Naturally, during normal operation, the indicators will be lower, and will change from the load. Can you predict in advance what the load will be?
Here is a good introductory article. www.ixbt.com/cpu/pc-cooling-construction.shtml
Here is another www.electrosad.ru/Ohlajd/Power1.htm
For each of the points, you can google more detailed information, whole books are written about the organization of heat flows.

From the law of conservation of energy follows:

Полная потребляемая энергия = Механическая работа
                            + Энергия электромагнитного излучения
+ Энергия, выделяемая в виде тепла.

Electromagnetic radiation outside the case is negligible and does not exceed a fraction of a watt (otherwise it would greatly interfere with the operation of any electronics around and would be unsafe for humans).
Mechanical work in a PC is done only by coolers, we subtract a few watts of their consumption.
The rest of the consumed power is released as heat.
How many counted the electric meter through which the PC is connected, such is the heat dissipation.
