How to calculate the cost of an order from different warehouses?

Good afternoon!
The store has two warehouses. One in Sochi, the other in Dolgoprudny. Accordingly, the cost of delivery from different warehouses varies. How can I make a separate calculation of delivery from different warehouses and divide the order into two parts if the items are shipped from different warehouses?

If the delivery will be from two different warehouses (accordingly, there will be different bills of lading and track numbers for tracking), then I would divide one order into several in the background (for a client, this is 1 order). The calculation of the shipping cost, respectively, would also be done according to a logic different from the standard one (you need to come up with it, as I understand it, the first option is to sum up 2 shipping amounts, the second option is to display the maximum delivery amount as the final one, the third option is something else).
