How to calculate light in v-ray (sketchup)?

Tell me if it is possible to somehow calculate the lighting how a 5x5 meter room with one 100 watt bulb will look like in reality. How many bulbs, for example, are needed to illuminate a room of 10x10 meters, etc.
I looked it up on wikipedia. 100 watt light bulb is 1380 lumens. In sketchup I created a box 5x5x5 meters and added an omni lite in the center with the following parameters:
Luminous power (lm): 1380
In Enviroment disabled GI (skilight) and Reflection.
All other v-ray settings are default. Black screen when rendering. Nothing is visible at all.
I set Luminous power (lm): 138000. Only after that the room became a little visible.
That is, it turns out that in order to illuminate a room of 5x5 meters, you need 100 light bulbs of 100 watts each? Either by means of v-ray it is not realistic to calculate and set the light power from the bulldozer, the main thing is that it looks normal in the render. Then it is not clear how then to do the calculation (dynamic components) for a purchase in a store. Or I misunderstood something.

@redpax

In the render, change the exposure parameter.
