How to cache part of a page before opening (Joomla + jquery)?

There is a Joomla template. It runs a jquery module.

Issue: When opening the page for the first time, the module does not display correctly. At the subsequent - everything is displayed correctly.

Apparently, it's all about the cache, which is formed when you first visit the page.

The question is how to force the page to be cached by the user first, and only then open? Or in other words: what kind of crutch can be added here? Ideas are over.

Place JavaScript code at the top of the page - most likely it does not have time to load for you. But Google usually beats hands for this.
