As already suggested - write the exam itself in a virtual machine. Throw a webcam into it. Accordingly, you will have to fill the virtual machine itself under the guise of a regular PC (put wallpaper on the desktop there, throw folders and shortcuts)
Another question is the browser platform or the desktop one? If the desktop is a big chance to get burned that you are on a virtual machine. In the browser, the virtual machine will work with almost 100% probability

Looked at the OES website. There goes data analysis through AI. This is a very serious problem (it will not be possible to replace the recording from the webcam with a high probability)

This is a very big problem. That is, you have to google very carefully. You yourself understand that if the light from the monitor hits your face, then its frequent change, together with the running of your eyes around the screen, will immediately tell you about cheating. As an option, change the angle of the monitor so that the light goes mainly to the ceiling somewhere. Reduce monitor brightness. In this case, the webcam will need to think about how to fix it more correctly.
At a minimum, you will need to attach a bad webcam to interfere with the behavior analysis system. You also need to create bright lighting in the room to minimize the paleness of the light from the monitor screen.
Next, think for yourself. Record a video from the webcam for 15 minutes as you write off something and try not to burn. Then look at the record and already draw a conclusion about paleness. In general, experiment.
As an option - do not write off and rely only on your knowledge)))

In short, I solved the problem very simply. :)
Made a browser that is not visible in the screenshots/screen recordings. And now, without pain, in one place, right on my PC, without any virtual machines and a second monitor / PC, I sit and google in my browser. :)
