How to bypass the Frigate block in Opera?

Good day to all!

There is a Frigate VPN application with the creation of its own lists of sites with permVPN.

In my case, there are more than a hundred of them, and of course I did not make a backup. Due to the blocking of Frigate in Opera on a PC, I can’t enter the settings.
Questions
1. Is it possible to bypass the Frigate lock in Opera?
2. If it is impossible to bypass the Frigate lock in Opera, then how to extract user lists from Frigate?

So, I figured out how to install it on a new one without blocking, you need to unpack frigate67.crx, enable developer mode in the extension panel (top right) in the opera and load the unpacked extension.
