How to bypass the blocking of Rospotrebnadzor?

the domain is registered in cf / host on amazon / ssl from comodo wildcard (already bought for 2 years)
users from the Russian Federation complain that the site is unavailable.
It seems that Komodo is blocked by Rospotrebnadzor ...
I don’t want to set a proxy yet, we are looking for other options

If you have an architecture on Amazon, then why didn’t you take SSL from them? For projects contacting them there for free

Rolling blocks are lobbied by the owners of Russian data centers. So that you are forced to run away from Google and Amazon and be hosted in the Russian Federation.
The user can bypass this blocking, you have a choice - either say goodbye to users of small providers, or change hosting, or buy a white IP that is not blocked by any Russian courts.

If cf is cloudflare, then in principle it is not clear what difference it makes where the site is hosted if it hides its IP, and on most tp it replaces your certificates with its own.
Well, if it's cloudfront, then nothing will help you. Putting some kind of proxy before the bottom is, in my opinion, some kind of stupidity)
