How to bypass the ban?

Banned in an online game for flooding by HWID. Reinstalling Windows doesn't help. I can log in if I use the phone as a modem and distribute the Internet from it. And through the home wifi can not go. How to bypass it?

All this garbage, from the beginning try to change the computer name, and then try to change the IP (Through Tor for example), or just restart the router.
