How to bypass site blocking by a network administrator at work?

In general - the essence is standard, but as it turned out - not very simple. I work, where on working machines surfing in the browser (Chrome) goes through a proxy server. Experimented with various variations of the bypass, but almost everything is filtered. As for the VK website, I could only access the service that provides alternative access via IPv6 ( vk.com.ipv4.sixxs.org ), but at the authentication stage it fails and the corresponding notification:

Unable to authenticate over a secure connection. Most often this happens when your computer is set to the wrong current date and time. Please check your system date and time settings and restart your browser.

Decided to leave that variant and began to be picked with Tor'om. I tried various variations of the settings, but it was not possible to go further than the window with additional settings. Maybe someone knows some ideas for a solution at the "teapot" level)) The question is not urgent. but rather - at the level of "teaching". Itself - the goal is also interesting, but it is also interesting to learn in such matters yourself. Thank you.

The standard option, which is unlikely to be turned off. The proxy must support HTTPS/SSL. We take a server / virtual machine / home PC with a white IP, hang an SSH server on port 443 on it, and allow tunneling.
At work, we launch PUTTY, do not forget to specify the working proxy in the settings, and use it to build a SOCKS tunnel. In the browser, in the settings, we set the proxy to localhost and get a profit. We are waiting for employees from the Security Council.
Optionally, if the working proxy requires domain authorization (NTLM), then in addition, on the working computer, you will need to run a proxy that can log in this way (cntlm).
