How to bypass Roskomnadzor blocking for desktop programs (not browsers)?

Мой провайдер блокирует доступ к pastebin.com по запросу минюста (у них свой реестр). Обход блокировки стандартными методами мне известен. Но у меня есть программа конфиги которой содержат прямые ссылки на пасту (модели из блендера), они естественно не подхватываются.
Как заставить это работать (не перезаливая модели)?
