How to bypass kali linux repositories blocking?

Hello! The other day I installed kali linux, the first thing I decided to do was update: apt update / apt upgrade, but when you try to execute these commands, it starts to "look like" an Internet connection! I immediately realized that the repositories were blocked (which is not surprising, because I live in Turkmenistan, here Instagram, you tube, vk, etc. are blocked by the state).
The essence of the question is, how can I bypass this blocking? Is it possible to use the pre-installed VPN, because if I can’t update, then the other will not be installed!
Are there any other repositories/mirrors to add via nano /etc/apt/sources.list .
Also in ubuntu (version 20.10 - groovy gorilla) tm.ubuntu is added before each link to the repositories and so on, well, this is me for example. Are there any mirrors that could be updated?? And to use normally??? I repeat this is all blocking, the Internet itself works fine!
