I managed to connect a Ukrainian card to my account so that I could pay for purchases.
To do this, I used Visa Virtual from Privatbank (a card in dollars is opened for free if you are a client of the bank), probably Visa Classic is also suitable. MasterCard does not work either. The region of the account is Russia. Connected the card through the site xbox.com. Of the requirements - the card must be open for purchases via the Internet, and there must be more than one dollar (30 rubles) - the amount is blocked when the card is activated and returned after 2-4 weeks.
No card could be applied to an account with the US region (
