How to buy Bitcoin with WM?
Good evening everyone.
In general, if without unnecessary preludes, I registered a wallet on blockchain.info, immediately decided to replenish its balance via WM via metabank.ru, but it says about some paymer checks and provides a link to the instructions (on xzzx.biz/ pmr) which doesn't work.
Does anyone have a detailed guide on this, or maybe you know other ways to top up with WM? In any case, I will be grateful.

As for me, the easiest way is to create a WMX wallet and transfer the required amount of funds to it from any of your other wallets. Everything, bitcoins are bought.
Everything is extremely simple: after authorization on Paymer, select Operations -> New issue -> WebMoney -> Deposit security immediately, valid for +1 year. Further, after payment, you receive the number and code of the check, which you enter on the metabank.
With a zero budget, such tasks are not solved. That is, you can make the illusion of work by starting the network and providing access. However, without reliable special equipment (servers and routers), your network will soon fall apart, and you will be to blame for this.
From my own experience, I can say that if the network clients are Windows machines, then it is best to build the network on a Windows Server domain controller. If you use Linux, you will have a number of compatibility problems, which, however, can be worked around, but will require additional time.
Start with a normal router with vlan support, but if the budget is zero, then there is not much to advise here. Point 1 - is solved precisely by setting the router, point 2 - too, point 3 can be solved both on Linux through samba and on windows through AD, point 4 - models in the studio. I don’t quite understand the moment why a person with a zero level of competencies in the question was appointed as the executor, it’s clear that you can learn, but this is the time for experiments, reading documentation and editing configs, if it’s a lot of time - go for it, but if you need it to work yesterday - refuse. Any network begins with the core of the network, in your case a router, so without a description of the models of routers that are available, there is not much to advise.
Ha, it's simple enough. The only thing is that I do not see a simple switch in the young administrator's set. But it doesn’t matter, we run to the store for dlink des-1016 (16 ports for ~ 3000 rubles) or des 1008 (8 ports for ~ 1500 rubles), they just support vlan, which is good for us.
Now we do this:
1) internet -> ADSL -> (eth0) Linux (eth1) -> switch
2) switch (VLAN 1) -> office clients
3) switch (VLAN 2) -

guests
two network balls
Mission complete.
PS. You can, of course, do without weeds, and authorize on the network on request through iptables permission on a web page, but it's cheaper to buy a switch.
Well, so, here are the captive portal ready for authorization -
- two virtual interfaces for two wealans on eth1
- DCHP + BIND (or dnsmasq as a simple replacement)
- we make a masquerade on eth0
On the switch we make two wealans, we connect an office to the ports of one, and guests to the ports of the second.
