I am a Russian citizen, but I have been living in Thailand for the last 8 years. My account on Binance is issued to a citizen of the Russian Federation. In light of the recent events of blocking Russians by various services, I would like to know how can I change the country to Thailand? I have a Thai license for a car and a motorcycle, as well as a business visa for Thailand.
