How to buy an ssl certificate for a domain not your site?
I work for a company that develops a website for the city administration. The administration itself does not want to buy a certificate for its site and will not (this is bureaucratically very difficult and they do not understand why). Can I somehow buy a certificate for the administration site and at the same time issue it for a company other than my own? In the purchase rules they write: "When filling out a questionnaire for obtaining a certificate, you must specify the data that exactly matches those specified when generating the CSR, as well as having documentary evidence (for example, a certificate of registration of an enterprise, organization, etc.)."
