How does the transfer of a site with YAN from the seller to the buyer on the telderi exchange usually take place? Is it accepted there before payment to wait for successful moderation of YAN to a new account (account of the buyer) or in some other way?
In more detail, the fact is that many sites listed on the stock exchange receive income from YAN,
and the price of the site and its attractiveness to the buyer depend on the income, respectively.
But when selling (and, accordingly, changing the owner of the site) in YAN, the site must be submitted again, as a result of which it again undergoes moderation, which it may not pass (even though this is the same site, Yandex policy in terms of acceptance in YAN, apparently, is now more rigid, so you can not go through again, etc.)
