How to buy a Macbook Pro configuration that is not on sale in Ukraine?

I want to buy a 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display 2.7GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz /
16GB 1866MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM / 128GB PCIe-based Flash Storage.

According to apple.com, this model should have the article number Z0QM. I did not find such for sale in Ukraine.
What to do?
Can I somehow order from apple.com / amazon and deliver through intermediaries? Does anyone have similar experience? How much will customs clearance cost then? Or do intermediaries take it upon themselves?
No friends in the US

Why even order from the USA, you can from the countries of the nearest Europe, everything is easier and much faster there. A friend ordered through intermediaries, but it turned out a little more expensive than expected. And I know such an intermediary from the USA , the guys seem to work well! So good luck!
