you are given access to the domain control panel, and you are listed as the admin contact. How to do this in this particular case - you need to look at the capabilities of the enom control panel. In my case, when the domain was transferred to me, the person registered a separate account with the registrar (dominant.ua in my case), transferred the required domain there, and gave me the account login and password. Well, I have already changed the password and made sure that my soap is indicated in the contacts.
The domain itself becomes yours after you are listed in the whois information. That is why the privacy protection of whois data is disabled for the duration of such operations so that you can clearly see who is indicated by the contact.
