How to bulk replace a gradient in Illustrator?

Hello.
There is a bow consisting of a huge number of layers, which are filled with a gradient from dark red to light red, almost white.
I need to change the color of the bow, let's say gold.
Is it possible to somehow set one required color and so that the illustrator, starting from it, would make the shades himself based on the available data on the red color and fill all the layers with these shades.
What would not have to change each layer manually, because it seems to me it will take forever.

@RadCor

Click this button:
Or apply a layer in Color mode above (using a mask, of course).
And siarheisiarhei wrote to you about ordinary gradients. Apparently he did not see that there was a mesh.

@siarheisiarhei

selection on a common basis .. (like so)
replace with another one of your own .. in fact, there is one gradient there - only at different angles (%) ..
