How to bulk edit in Google Photos?

Hello!
In Google Photo, both in the application on Androd and on the site https://photos.google.com/, it is possible to apply any effect to a photo, such as "Palm Tree", "Modena", "Film Strip", etc. P.
How can you apply the same effects to several photos in the gallery at once, so as not to waste time on each one?
I have all the photos from my smartphone automatically uploaded to the Google cloud through the designated application. And what else I like about Google Photos is that any applied effect can be rolled back and then another one can be applied, i.e. Google keeps the original photos.
Therefore, I would like to leave the Google functionality for changing the photo. Maybe there are some third-party applications that, using its API, edit pictures in batch mode? Or browser plugins.
But I will consider all the options, maybe even other programs that edit in batches with their own effects, which will then only have to reload all the Google cloud photos.
