How to build webkit-gtk without jscore?

I have an SVG animation. As far as I know, the only way to render SVG is to use webkit or another web-render. But WebKit is bold for this purpose. Right now I'm trying to do a minimal build with the only function - SVG rendering. To do this, I disable all "features" except for jscore. How to disable JS too?

There is a kst libWebCoreGTK.a, I would like to know what else can be done with it.

What's wrong with Qt? there is a special object there: Qt svg
