How to build DSDRV4.SYS under windows 10 x64?

There is an abandoned open source project DScaler. From this project, I used the DSDRV4.SYS driver for my needs. Everything was fine until I had to move to win 10 x64. The 32 bit build works on all Windows. 64bit build - works on older 64bit axes, but not on win 10. I downloaded the sources from https://sourceforge.net/projects/deinterlace/files , installed the SDK and WDK. VS2017 was installed before. I created an empty KMDF project and transferred the files to it. The project is not going. It looks like the definitions from winnt.h are not visible, however, including winnt.h generates new errors and so on. Can anyone help rebuild DSDRV4.SYS?
