How to build android app from android.googlesource.com?

Please explain how to build the application from source ( https://android.googlesource.com/platform/packages... I made a clone of the repository, tried to create a new project in Android Studio and add the source code there, but a bunch of errors appear and nothing works. Is there a special tool or instructions?
