How to build an rpm package consisting of a single script?

There is a Bash script, which is (conditionally) in /home/$user/bin/script.sh.
You need to create an rpm package (yes, you need an rpm package), which will simply create the same directory tree and throw this script there. Naturally, the file must be executable.
What he did: Googled. "Assembly from source" is not my case.
And yes, I repeat, you need the rpm package. There is such a need.
Please help :)
