How to build an "ideal" home network?

1 Gb Internet has been brought to a private house (as they promise)
Location:

  1. Residential building (2 floors, I don’t know the area, but I know that repeaters will be needed)
  2. Guest house (basement, garage, attic (living space)

Devices:
  1. time capsule
  2. AppleTV
  3. NAS My Cloud Home
  4. 3-4 mobile phones, tablet, 2 laptops
  5. Multiple farms

Goal:
Make it beautiful
Implementation, as I understand it:
After the media converter, I put something like TP-Link TL-R600VPN (the output is located in the corner of the house, and gigabit ports are needed) -> from it:
  1. cable to the guest house, there to the switch (in the basement of the farm), in the attic a router (access point, most likely Time Capsule)
  2. cable from home to router (RT-AC1200G+, for example), from router cable to NAS (most likely WD My cloud)

And side questions:
1. Tell me the environment for building a network map (preferably under mac os)
2. I want to delve into the networks and their administration (at least in order not to create such questions on the toaster). I only know about CISCO certification, what would you recommend?
I don't know much about networks, I'm sorry if I hurt someone's professional feelings.

Cheap and harsh seamless (more or less) is UniFi. You don't need any special knowledge, it's done in a couple of clicks.
