How to build a workflow of a single worker?

I realized that the project itself will not stretch and posted a vacancy. Since this is my first time working both in a team and as a leader, I am writing here. (remote worker)
I think something like this:

1. A worker for each feature makes a Git branch and works in it
   
2. As soon as the feature is filed, it sends me the code as a pull request.
   
3. Я тестирую (так как нет тестировщиков) и смотрю на "качество кода" если ок то принимаю если нет то отклоняю с детальным описанием что и почему.
   

Что можно почитать по этому и как вообще правильно это делать с условием что у вас 1 работник? (для сотен я за 3 минуты нагуглю).
