How can a programmer describe the problem and its solution in more detail?

Recently, I encountered the fact that it’s hard for me to draw up a work schedule and plans for trello to describe the problem.

I kind of see it, but when I write: make cards clickable, and I start describing what the problem is and how to solve it, it feels like I have to strain my brain for this.

Dear programmers and project managers, how to deal with this? Are there books on these cases?

read any book on project management and make a discount per person.
managing oneself is essentially no different from managing a team. the only difference will be that there are already trained people in the team who are able, for example, to formalize the requirements, and a loner will have to do it himself and scatter time and effort on adjacent areas, instead of pumping specific skills.
this is the reason for the prevalence of team development and why corporations beat those who are smaller.

@saboteur_kiev

there is a business analyst
position there is a technical lead position
They communicate requirements from the customer to developers and turn them into more technical descriptions.
If you are not mature enough to be a tech lead, then it will be difficult for you.
You have to grow up and not think. that if you learned a programming language, you can easily perform the tasks of any other specialist.
