How to build a summary in Power Pivot?

There are several tables in the data model:

The idea is to pull the necessary columns with indicators from sheets 4,5 and 7 to sheet 2, where information is tracked by employee by day. I link tables by full name, login and date, but Power Pivot swears at non-unique values, how can I build a summary using Power Pivot in this case?
