How to build a script with a trigger?

You need to create a simple script. Do not look at the fact that it is for a computer toy, I am more interested in the process and technology itself, although I know little about this. Delivers when you create something and it works.

Its essence is that it recognizes the code that appears above the map approximately every 18-20 minutes, and then enters it into the chat. The chat opens on the T button.

As I imagine it:

1. The trigger for the color in the word "CODE:" above the map starts the script execution
2. The text is recognized by Capture2Text, in fact, by entering D:\Capture2Text\Capture2Text_CLI.exe --screen into the console -rect "110 820 165 845" --clipboard
This command already does almost everything I need, it remains to bring it to mind.
3. Chat opens on T, text is entered from the clipboard, Enter is pressed, the trigger is waiting for the next code.

It seems not difficult, but I'm not quite good at triggers. I downloaded Clickermann, but it's some kind of curve or something, help me how to put everything together correctly and it is desirable that it be one file, because it turns out that there is a separate clickermann script, a separate console into which the command fits, a separate ahk file which inserts text into the chat.

Help to collect everything in a heap, tell me a convenient platform where all this can be depicted.

Pseudo-elements cannot be interacted with. Make active on its parent. And what for to you in general active there?
