How to build a report on eventLabel in gtag?

I myself am not an analyst, so I apologize if the question is obvious.
I got a strange counter in GA with an interface that is completely unfamiliar to me.

I need to build a report on the mc_brand event with an indication of the number of different eventLabels
All I get is this page where the labels are shown

How can I see the data I need?
