How to build a program from source code?

Good day.
Please help. I would like to compile the program from the sources from github, but I don’t even know how to approach this.

This notorious program was created to make it easier to find drivers after reinstalling the OS, and to reduce time. Simplify driver installation with one click.
But unfortunately not everything is so simple. In one click, along with the drivers (sometimes they do not even become, which cannot be said about the advertised software), a bunch of advertising applications are installed (if you are inattentive), and the checkboxes are not understood.
Accordingly, if after a fresh installation of the OS you did not uncheck the boxes, you will spend time not installing firewood, but deleting applications.
So, I want to cut out advertising and collect it. For personal use.
There will be no problems with cutting out advertising, but I don’t know how to assemble it.
