How to build a portable workstation for a designer?

Initial data: we need a light and compact workstation that would provide reasonable performance for the work of the designer (web / graphics). No 3D renders, just Photoshop, Illustrator and maybe some video editing. In your free time, you can use it as a media center - Internet surfing, music, movies (no games needed).
The main priority is weight and dimensions so that you can carry it with you anywhere and not be tied to a specific workplace.
Laptops are not suitable - they are too massive, and there is a Wacom Cintiq for displaying pictures (that is, in most cases, you can even do without a monitor to work).
I looked for ready-made solutions, so far 2 main candidates:
- Mini-PC based on mITX, something like this assembly
- Good nettop, for example,ASRock VisionX 420D Does
anyone have experience with something like this?
