How to build a mesh on mikrotik?

According to all the guides that I found on the Internet, it is advised to do a static mesh by MAC address and do it all in the bridge. Actually then the first question is: why do we need a mesh tab?

And the task is to combine a wired and wireless network. In different parts of the rooms, the signal is different, it is natural to install an access point in each room. points are connected by cable. Naturally, I would like it not to fall off and the transition was not noticeable, and therefore I decided that mesh would be a good option. But sometimes it is noticeable that the traffic does not go through the cable, but goes through a bad wifi signal.
Actually here is the second question: how to prioritize traffic over ethernet?

I read that for this you need to start just in the mesh interface, set each port, respectively, to wired or wireless. But then the link to the bridge stops working, as I understand it. For I cannot enter one of the routers through winbox.
Now two of the three routers are participating in the experiment.
The main one, which has Internet access, is configured in principle as standard. All ports in the bridge are set. Wifi is set to static mesh. DCHP server up.
On the second, mesh is used instead of bridge, with ethernet wifi and wds interfaces connected there

@Zarom

points connected by cable

You don't need a Mesh - Mesh is usually used to link points in the air and has many disadvantages.
In this case, you can use CAPsMAN for an identical and centralized point configuration.
