How to build a map in google maps taking into account traffic?

At the moment the map is built in this style . Example 1 , I would like to achieve such a result. Example 2
1) To take traffic jams into account when drawing
2) Display movement instructions not on markers, but on circles as in Example 2; and how to get a description along with an image, the routes[0].legs[0].step[i].instructions array contains only text
3) Display instructions not in the InfoWindow, but in the same object as in Example 2 (as I understand it InfoWindow cannot be styled to look like it was done in Example 2, apparently another object is used there at all)
I would like to get at least some useful information.
