How to build a database architecture when choosing a delivery location?

For example, an order is formed. One of the steps is choosing a delivery method. For example - Pickup - it is proposed to choose a specific store or delivery by courier to your home or delivery to another point. That is, there can be several delivery methods.
I organize a "delivery_method" table in which I describe the delivery method. (Pickup, courier, etc.).
And then I have a blunt, how to organize the rest of the tables for this, where the delivery information will be stored depending on the delivery method? How to proceed so that the database is not overflowed with unnecessary tables?

Well, apparently,
directories of types of delivery will come running; directories of delivery
places ; a
directory of permissible combinations of a group of goods-delivery-places,
for example, a refrigerator cannot be delivered by foot courier and cannot be delivered to a post office
, and in the same place with tails - costs, terms and other paraphernalia

DBMS from a couple of small tables is neither cold nor hot.
