How to broadcast video to local TV network?
Does anyone know budget options for streaming video (by playlist) to a classic TV network? (coaxial, common antenna). That is, one common antenna comes to the house, put a player / PC with a receiver between it and the coaxial separator, which plays video content at standard frequencies (which old TVs would understand)?
That is, in a residential building, in fact, create a "local TV channel" that would be caught in a standard channel search on TVs, and play video on this channel, say, city advertising. I do not consider the option with IPTV. most TVs are old CRTs.
