How to broadcast updates only from specific sections of the forums to your RSS reader?

There are several hefty forums, and they only have 2-3 sections that I read, constantly go in and monitor whether there are any new posts, too tedious, is there any “magic” service that will do this work for me?

I use the Feed Creator tool from fivefilters.org ;)
