How to bring to the world?

Hello gentlemen!
A server appeared at hand, I installed an axis, a lamp, on it, and now everything has stopped because of one question:
How to tie up a domain?
That is, if I go to localhost on the server, then I will receive in response a page that is located in www,
but if I enter localhost from another computer, then I will not receive this page (Logically).
I have a domain, what needs to be changed/added to apache so that the page is shown to the user when switching to the domain?
Thank you for your attention,
All the best to you!

First you need a dedicated IP address. Check with your ISP if they provide this service or not.

and then at the domain manager in the domain settings, bind your permanent ip to the domain

first you need to understand that localhost is literally "local host" tobish this computer and you can access by this name only from the server itself
in order to be able to access from another computer you need to know the IP address of the server
IP can be known both by a person and DNS, which converts a domain name to IP
to build a route from another network, it is necessary that all gateways have a clear address, that is, that the provider gives a static and preferably "white" IP, otherwise you will have to use DynDNS.
And you can buy a domain if you need a beautiful one and a second or third level, or you can find a third or fourth level for free.
