Is it possible to bring it to Ukraine (and how)?
Is it worth counting on English localization and Cyrillic support?

As an option, monitor www.aliexpress.com/ www.dhgate.com/ and others like them. As soon as it appears - buy :-)
And localization and Cyrillic do not matter ... it's an android :-) You can screw everything
