How to bring English to perfection?

I have been fluent in English for 5 years now, I communicate regularly with American customers, but I am still far from perfect. I have never been in an English study group or with tutors. Somewhere I pronounce the words incorrectly, somewhere the sentences are not correct. I want to write blog articles without any translators / proofreaders.
Actually, what to do? Looking for a tutor? I don’t understand how to google - I come across tutors for schoolchildren / students, and not what I need.

What does "to perfection" mean? Where are the criteria and the boundary of perfection?
Any foreign language cannot be fully learned, like a native language, because it is constantly changing and transforming.
If you can't write a blog without a translator, then you should just "learn" first.
