How to bring a combination with quantity to the first place?

Good afternoon! Tell me, please, is it possible to somehow manually or automatically bring a combination (in a variable product) with a quantity to the first place? For example, I have 23 colors for one product, but only 1 color of the product is in stock. Now you can find out that the product is out of stock only by clicking on the combination and see "Out of stock"..
