How to add a new woocommerce shipping method?

Good day! Such a question, I need to add USPS Shipping, I do it off the docks - I go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, but when I click on the add button, this window pops up for me:
here are only those methods that I already have, but how to add a new one ?

You have the "Add shipping method" button on the screenshot - click on it and you can create a new shipping method. Specify the name you need for it, indicate whether there is a tax or not.
