How to boot into Kali console mode?

After the experiments, the system stopped loading into Gnome. Hangs on the inscriptions "So many files checked so many blocks." Is there any key combination? Or do I need to edit the file?

In general, you can switch to the console by pressing Alt + Ctrl + F1 (F2-F8, depends on how many consoles are included there).
But judging by your post, the system does not switch to graphical mode, and the boot stops on mounting file systems.
On mount errors, the system usually waits for enter to open the root console in single user mode. There you can do fsck.
If the console does not open, boot from something, from the same image with kali and fix the problems with the FS.
It's hard to guess, describe the problem a little more. What they experimented with, at what stage the download stops, with what messages.

It happened after installing the drivers for the AMD video card. I suffered for a long time, but still reinstalled Kali, only then, when updating, I blocked the repositories for downloading drivers for AMD.
