How to boot from disk on a Dell All-in-One?

Hello. We have a monoblock Dell 7780 OptiPlex AIO. BOIS version 1.6.2 (latest version from Dell website).
Nowhere is there a "switch" switch from UEFI to Legacy, as a result of which I can not boot from an external CD. There is no "Boot List Option" item anywhere AT ALL. I will send photos upon request. Thank you in advance.
