The employee receives a system unit to work at home. A special customized software is installed on the computer (it contains all the value). In the event that it is found that the employee is "leftist", the ability to remotely lock the OS (yes, the OS) is needed in order to cut off access to the software. We need something analogous to the blocking function like the Find My iPhone function in Apple. Is there such software? Again, this should be possible as long as the PC is connected to the Internet.

Why install software on an employee's computer? Put it somewhere on the server, and let the employee access via RDP. On suspicion of being a leftist, block access via RDP, and that's it.
