How to block the mirror of my site?

A mirror of my site appeared, all the content appears there at the same time as on the original site, that is, as if it were my site, only on a different domain. Made anti-hotlink - the images on the mirror became inaccessible. I also have https on my site, so when you go to the mirror, a warning is displayed that the certificate is not valid and belongs to my site, comments from VK do not work, because they are tied to my domains, the same with recapcha. However, everything else works and the mirror began to appear in google search.
I tried to block the mirror by ip in .htaccess, but I could not find the ip, only the address, like this - https://xn--80sdfvcxfggsddfsfs.xn--pai/ (The address is approximate, I changed it on purpose), the mirror domain itself is . rf.
I tried to ping this address, I thought I would see its original ip, but in the end I got the ip of my site in the search results. (Maybe this makes no sense, but I tried).
I have a VDS with ubuntu 15.04 and apache 2.4 installed.
Thank you!

@Undebraif

first, complain to the search engines so that this site does not stand out.
Secondly, since the pictures are dragging along with you, then check the referrer and give out whatever you want, up to the poop.
It's probably useless for the host to complain.
If the scripts are also loaded, then you can simply redirect to yourself, issuing the desired code
. Without a trial, you can’t even pull the fish out of the pond.

@opium

The domain refers to your server, apparently, check the domain and if it differs from yours, do a redirect.

@Gizmothron

Write to Google, Yandex.
They fixed who appeared first. They remove the mirror from the search.
